We recommend the purchase of insurance. Insurance is fully nonrefundable at time of purchase. This policy coverage is primarily in case of a medical emergency, weather,trip delays or lost luggage. Full details can be found at http://www.travelexinsurance.com/travel- insurance/plans/travel-select. All pricing is per person. Children (under age 17) are FREE per paying adult. Insurance must be booked within 21 days of the initial deposit to cover pre-existing conditions.

HOTEL DUE DATES & CANCELLATION POLICIES

(PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO HOTEL PORTION OF PACKAGE)

UP TO October 11th: $100.00 of deposit posted per person is REFUNDABLE

STARTING October 12th: DEPOSITS PER PERSON ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

October 14th: Sign-Up Forms with Room Categories and Roommates DUE

October 14th – December 10th: $150.00 cancellation fee per person

December 10th: Final Payment DUE

December 11th – January 22nd: $200.00 cancellation fee per person

January 23rd – March 13th: Non-Refundable – Full Penalty

*Please Note: In the event either party (the group or the hotel) fails to perform its obligations hereunder in whole due to, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, or travel restriction issued by a governmental agency affecting at least 50% of the group at the time of performance of the obligations, such failure to perform shall not be considered a breach of the contract. The parties will use reasonable efforts to provide a work-around situation solution to the Force Majeure Occurrence (I.e. reschedule or future travel credit). If this contract is terminated as a result of a Force Majeure Occurrence as provided above, the hotel will provide reimbursement to the Group less a $200.00 per person fee.
